These vintage radio commercials from the 1920s thru the 1950s are great fun to listen to and tell you more about American culture than you would ever realize! Filled with catchy jingles, great products, many of which we still used today, and outrageous claims abound! Most of these where sponsors on the old time radio shows. I hope you enjoy this collection.

News from 1945. I usually share these via torrent but I don't think all these files are available on archive.org so here's a 1945 news file dump. Plus some V-Discs. Any typo or error is mine. ...if you like my uploads / Demonoid torrents please consider donating to a veteran's charity of your choice, thank you. Especially if you intend to make $ or otherwise profit from these files. :D

WJSV COMPLETE DAY Thursday, September 21st, 1939, radio station WJSV in Washington, D.C., recorded their entire broadcast day -- from sign on, to sign off. This was before the advent of magnetic recording tape, so transcription disks were used.
